Managing Brand Experiences across the Customer Journey. How are customer experiences formed in a luxury car brand community?

Study Description:
As part of my doctoral degree, this study explores how brand experiences are formed in the Porsche Club UK. The study aims to investigate the important role that brand communities play in the formation of customer experiences. You will be asked about particular interactions you have had with Porsche and to reflect on the impact those have made on your relationship with the brand. In addition, this study also investigates how your level of loyalty, satisfaction with the company and personality affects your particular customer experience.
Completion time:
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Confidentiality:
All of the information you provide will remain confidential. The data collected is password-protected and will be stored on secure servers (UoR One Drive System). The data will be kept for a period of 5 years. After that, all questionnaires and data files will be destroyed.
Incentives to Participate:
You will be invited to enter your e-mail address at the end of this survey for a chance to win a one day Porsche Driving Experience in Silverstone or many accessories from the Porsche collection. The draw will take place upon completion of the survey process in late December 2022.
Voluntary Nature of Participation:
Participation in this study is voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time.
Ethics approval:
The project has been subject to ethical review in accordance with the procedures specified by the University of Reading Research Ethics Committee and has been given a favourable ethical opinion for conduct.
